BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 106 Tremont Street, being on the southeast line of Tremont Street northeast of Frazier Avenue. Lots 3, 10, 12, and the north 15 feet of lot 11, block 11, Fraziers Addition No. 1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 11, page 42, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 2007, page 504, ROHC, and deed book 3211, page 36, ROHC. Tax Map No. 135E-K-23 (part). from C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone to C-3 Central Business Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Subject to a maximum height of four stories. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3.
